Terms and Conditions Acceptance
Fincas Naturales Wildlife Refuge do not refund for unused services due the last minute guest cancellations or no-shows. On cancellations more than 12 hours prior departure a 25% fee will be deducted for administration expenses. Otherwise you will be charged the full tour price.
Fincas Naturales Wildlife Refuge is not responsible for any deficiency, delay, personal accidents, or any other sort of irregularity that may occur on any tours presented by local tour operators. However we only select operators who meet local requirements, are properly licensed, insured and have an established reputation.
